I came across this map from www.tralfagar.com and http://www.luxexpress.eu offering best connections within the Baltic. Since this is going to be our final year experiencing the REAL winter..might wanna give this a try. like seriously -30'c...! we shall see.....

u will need visa to enter belarus just so u know.. and traveling in -30C.. trust me totally not a good idea.. been there, done that! 6 layers of clothes, 3 layers of pants, 3 layers of socks but still cant heat me up!

u wont be needing visa for that. if u are going to st pete diz winter hols - then yes you might be lucky to experience that -30C (or even lower).. but not in Talinn or Riga. but it's a waste to go to st pete in that very cold weather. u might be all pumped up and all excited now to experience that cold winter but i dont think you will enjoy it that much once u get to experience it for real.. coz most of the time u would think of finding some warm shelter.. u wont be spending so much time jalan2 around in the open air.
